A quick reminder for CDS-BC events:
- We ask you to read and follow our Covid Policy and Guidelines.
- All guests must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, including your booster, or a qualifying negative COVID-19 molecular/PCR test (sampled within 24 hours of the event), at the door. If you have already shown us your vaccination card at one of our previous dances, you do not need to show us again.
- You must sign a new waiver for this dance series at PACC (September 2022 through June 2023). The waiver for the PACC series will also be at the PACC door for easy signing.
What should I do if I test positive for Covid within 5 days of the dance?
CDS-Boston has set up a reporting system for any dancer who tests positive for Covid within 5 days of the dance. If you test positive for covid within 5 days of the dance, please send an email to covid [dot] report [at] cds-boston [dot] org.
This will allow you to send a brief email to the dance organizers informing them that you have tested positive. Please do this as soon as you learn of the positive test. It is important that you put a title in the email and a short statement stating when you had the positive test. An email will be sent to everyone who attended this dance, with further information. No information which might identify you will be included in this email.
As a safety measure for your fellow dancers, if you have had any exposure to someone with known Covid in the past week, please obtain a PCR test before coming. If you are experiencing any symptoms of possible Covid, please consider staying home.
