Playford Ball afternoon workshop: 1:30-4:30pm at Nevins Hall, Framingham
Barbara Finney and Rich Jackson leading, with Jean Monroe on piano and Emily O'Brien on winds.

$44 for registrations postmarked on or before February 1, 2013, $48 after. $25, dancers under 25 years old.

Update February 9: - the dance is still on! -
Note that the parking ban is lifted on Mass. Ave., which may be the best street on which to park. If it looks as though the Park Avenue diagonal spots have been cleared thoroughly for use, and you’re willing to take your chances, then park there. Don’t park on the side streets until the residential parking ban has been lifted.

Veronica's Attic

Veronica's Attic is holding a Playford Ball Attic Day on Saturday, February 16th, 2013, from 10am to 2pm, plus appointments by request. (Note date change!)

What's in the attic? Formal wear for men and women (tux jackets $25; tailcoats max $85; gowns $20), jewellery, accessories, summer dancing clothes, and many other good things are available, including Scottish dance items for ESSers.

Visits to the attic can be also arranged by appointment - a great resource for finding the perfect outfit or accessories for all the winter events coming up. More details.
